When life is ‘involving’ or based on experience and observation, a new way of living ensues. The see it, taste it, smell it, touch it, world view evolves into a more energetic, tangible experience. Moving beyond the 3D of practicalities, of meeting expectations and fulfilling responsibilities, we come to understand the world from a different perspective. As the ‘observer self’ strengthens, there is a greater comprehension of being human.
Humans comprise of a physical body, fluctuating emotions, the thinking mind, energy, a soul, and more.
The physical body is our mode of transport and like a car must be looked after and well- tended to for a lengthening of its longevity. And, like cars each body is manufactured with various specifications to make it fit for purpose. A soul’s vehicle will be perfect for the kind of life, challenges, and experiences it has chosen to lead. Just like a 4 x 4 is made to be robust and navigate rougher terrain, the sports car is made to be fast in getting from A to B and so on. We can see some cars are made to be practical, family focused or simply aesthetically pleasing. Accepting the body as perfect for its chosen purpose, creates a deeper understanding of the maintenance required. From the perspective of the mountain top, there is recognition of how best to look after the body in accordance with this awareness. And, just as we wouldn’t put petrol in a diesel, there is an acknowledgment that the food and drinks consumed are important to a well-functioning body.
Fluctuating emotions become easy to detect. Noticing that we can feel a myriad of emotions in only one day allows a security in ‘this too shall pass’. Again, from the mountain top, emotions become textures and sensations with different names. We are never cold with anger. Humans relate anger to a sensation/feeling of heat. Our body language shifts as these emotions are experienced. We puff up or curl up. The head is held high or hung low according to the emotions experienced. All emotions are simply energy in motion. Triggered to move yet pass by. We may be predisposed to feeling certain emotions more than others and may even have a dominant emotion that acts as a default position, yet they all come and go to greater or lesser degrees. The period of time the emotions last may vary, and the residues can take time to dissipate, however, their impermanence is for sure.
The thinking mind is viewable from the observer and its stories become predictable. If given free reign it can run amok and create havoc. When used as a focusing tool though, it is a powerful mechanism with which to lead a healthful and abundant life. This takes diligence and training. Mastering the mind and gaining supreme focus is the intention and the result is the ability to transcend the programming and pain.
Through training and awareness gained, it becomes clear that how we mange each aspect impacts the others. Nothing happens singularly.
The quality of energy that flows through, when understood and attended to, cultivates radiant chi abundance. This is utilised for higher levels of vitality, wholeness, and consciousness.
The level of consciousness is the key to awareness’ of karma and the soul’s purpose.
Living life, expands into being more experiential and navigating through sensory perception, intuition, awareness, consciousness and connection.
Instead of being cerebral and drowning into the thinking mind, intelligence comes through alignment and feeling. ‘Tuning in’ becomes the new ‘phone a friend’. Understanding the yin and Yang of life and its beautiful interplay becomes known. Discovering flow, grace, beauty, and appreciation are the goals. Being of service through authenticity and a recollection of purpose is the prayer.
Transformations are layered and many. Each shifts the vibration to the next level. The art of surrendering to living an experiential life with unshakeable faith and trust is truly a blessing.
