When we walk through the woods, we see only the paths and the trees. Choices around which way will lead to the desired destination, can be confusing. The mind tries to figure out the way, but the mind doesn’t know. In this analogy it is clear to see that asking the mind or using the thinking mind is ‘pot luck’. Fear arises through uncertainty and the unknown. The consequences circumnavigate with no real solution. Easy to comprehend the futility of worry. Surrender and trust are required.
At this point we tend to turn to the ‘gut feeling’ and intuition. Knowing that the answers cannot be decerned with the thinking mind. A sense to tune in and trust the inner wisdom becomes present.
Although, no guarantees, trusting the ‘self’ is the only real option.
Seeing the bigger picture would be advantageous. The communication with a helicopter with a bird’s eye view would bring reassurance and ease. Assisted by the pilot to navigate the woods with a higher level of trust.
When we walk through life and feel challenged or unsure of the next ‘best’ move, we can easily fall into fear and confusion. Looking to the mind to think of what to ‘do’. How do I get out of the woods? Surrounded by trees, there is no getting out without some decision or choice. Here there is ‘pot luck’ or ‘trial and error’. Ideally assistance is the option to take.
In the face of the challenge, to take a few deep breaths, become more centred and tune in, means we can more clearly hear the voice of intuition. The challenge then becomes a matter of trust of ‘self’ to accurately hear and follow the inner guidance.
Infinite meditation, chi kung & tai chi practises strengthen and fine tune the skill and ability to tune in, connect to intuition and inner guidance more easily and accurately. The more practise the more attuned the practitioner becomes.
The ability to still the mind and sit on the mountain top is the advancement of ‘seeing the bigger picture’. Realising that from a distance (from the helicopter) the way through the woods becomes clearer. The path to take and the choices available are more apparent.
Connecting to the universe/source/God/higher power is like the communication with the pilot. Trusting that the universe/source/God/higher power (aka pilot) has your back and knows the way.
Through practise the vibration raises and the levels of connection and trust advance. Elevation increases consciousness and a fuller comprehension of the challenge. The fear and confusion become more transparent, and the ‘truth’ is easier to detect and perceive. Now the bigger picture becomes more apparent. Navigation is with greater awareness and clarity.
Navigation through elevation is the training.
In order to more easily navigate, we must elevate. Asking ‘the pilot’ is clearly the best option. There is only so much we can do from terra firma. Better to work as a team with the eyes from above.
