One moment your feel happy, the next you do not, because you have not yet mastered the Art of Happiness. So please, keep practising very regularly until you become a Master of Happiness.
Even long-term spiritual practitioners are not Masters of Happiness yet. But at least they keep trying! So please, just start somewhere, and then keep going step by step, until you master this crucial life skill. Smile more. Express your gratitude more. Delete more negative, fearful thoughts. Focus more on making someone else’s day.
Remember: you are still ‘work in progress’. I know that quite often you still feel so miserable and angry. When you feel like this, just put a sign on your door that says: ‘Do Not Disturb. Work in Progress!’ And then practise some Infinite Tai Chi, Chi Kung or meditation to shift your negative energy.
Please keep making plenty of allowances for your human side, as you steadily rise above normal human consciousness step by step. Do your very best to be loving, kind, compassionate, generous, non-judgemental and forgiving. But when your personality-self plays up, and you notice yourself being unloving, unkind, mean, judgemental and even vengeful, just give yourself lots of space.
Do not disturb anyone else with your moodiness and low energy. When you are feeling very anxious or angry, retreat to a private space and put a notice on the door that says, ‘Beware of the human being inside who is still working towards becoming an angel’. Then practise The Infinite Arts for a while and gently dissolve your fear and anger in love and light until you feel safe and happy once again.

“Inner Joy” Infinite Meditation with Irina
This month we were focusing on ‘Inner Smile’ or ‘Inner Joy’ aspect in our practise and in life. The whole month we were encouraged to connect, get in touch, contemplate, cultivate the quality of Inner Smile. Only by getting involved with anything we begin truly know, it is the same with an Inner Joy.
You continuously ask yourself questions: How does it feel when you are in a state of Inner Joy? And how do you feel when not? How can you get back to it? What helps to connect to this state? What pulls you away? Can you intensify it?
In my personal experience, it took me 10 year of practice to truly understand the meaning of ‘Inner Smile’. I heard it again and again from Jason & others, but i was skeptical about it – Whats the Point? Why should i smile, i dont feel like it!
Going through Ling Chi healing process, i started to realized my Old Programme, it started to make sense. Lets i share with you a little bit of Irina’s story…

I was born and grew up in Soviet Union, in Crimea during the ‘Mafia time’, it was dangerous time, and wearing a smile could lead you in trouble, big time. It was much safer to be deadly SERIOUS! Have a serious talks, serious face, anyhow that was my experience, i cant talk for others. This programme was cemented in my subconsciousness.
With understanding comes compassion, when we aware we can choose to change!
First we had to recognise both states, how do i feelwhen in Joy and how do i feel when not in Joy, clearly. And than choose how do you want to feel and be! Its so simple, we often miss this.
I had to consciously bring the focus into the state of Inner Joy, again and again, continuosly reminding myself – This is my TRUTH! Joy is who im am. Slowly my programme start to shift.
Im not 100% there yet, circumstances can still occasionally trigger different from Joy response, but im more aware of it and also i can experience the state of Inner Joy anywhere, anytime i choose to. And now this is my Truth.
Much Love to All!
