Cultivate supreme inner focus moment to moment, or your mind will get pulled out by all the events in the world and just one negative email will seriously wobble you.
Use your memory to beautifully assist you to achieve inner balance in the present moment. You can only create in the present moment, but if you are not currently dwelling in love and nothing but love, you can actually use a vivid past memory of pure joy or love – maybe a memory from early childhood, a memory of falling in love for the first time, or the memory of holding your new born baby in your arms. Even if you are vividly remembering something, you are still in the present moment and the physical sensations that vivid memories can create in your body are also in the present moment.
These intense memories leave a vivid imprint on your mind and so you can recall them in some detail.
Every thought you have will create a rapid response in your body, so it is crucial that you safeguard your thoughts with supreme mindfulness.
