When you are not wearing your crystal place it on the window sill, as this will also help charge your crystal.

* Charging your crystal will keep its vibration pure and clear.

Regularly leave the crystal out on the windowsill to absorb the moonlight (on a new and/or full moon) or Sunlight. You can also place it out during a thunderstorm.

Crystals are best worked with intuitively. Feeling and trusting when to wear, hold, charge, cleanse etc…. This is part of learning to/ tunning into the ‘knowing’ that we all have access to.

Crystals require regular cleansing – otherwise, it’s a bit like saying I have had a bath so don’t need another bath.
Earth and water are the simplest and easiest way to cleanse the crystals.

Cleansing will remove any negativity that may have been absorbed. This can be done at any time with:

WATER- by holding the crystal under clear running water, preferable in nature.

EARTH- by burying it overnight in the garden.

Regular cleansing weekly or monthly depending on how challenged you have been whilst wearing or working with your crystal. Cleansing also keeps your crystal fresh and aligned for you.

Keeping your stone from being handled by others is preferable.

The crystals are an additional beautiful energy that assist in recognising and connecting with the qualities that already exist within.

Connecting with the energies of your crystal will assist in ‘knowing’ your crystal and its properties.
All three of these crystals are suitable to wear or carry day and night.

Personal preference is to do Infinite Chi King and Tai chi without any jewellery. This way the energy you are practising with is uninterrupted in its flow by a bracelet or necklace. As well the energy is pure and without influence. This then allows for the contrast to be felt when working with your crystal specifically. For example you may choose to meditate with your crystal to get to know it better.

Simply hold your crystal to join with its energies.

Observing how it feels to touch and hold and the impressions/energy you receive as you tune into it. You may also choose to practise wearing your crystal and tune into the variation in energy.
