If we long to find lasting peace of mind, we now have to make a conscious effort to rise above all of this inner darkness and disharmony. You cannot just suppress or project your inner darkness. You have to transform it, and one very effective way to do this is to practise The Infinite Arts. If you practise Infinite Tai Chi for long enough, you can definitely transform inner disharmony into inner harmony and wholeness.
Most of you now have at least a vague idea what wholeness means. On the energetic level, wholeness means that everything in our system is working together for our highest benefit and so we cannot get sick. But if we are not dwelling in wholeness, our energy will inevitably be distorted, polluted or weak.
Wholeness= true inner strength. So please ask yourself, ‘Am I dwelling in wholeness yet?’ I know this is a rather abstract question –but have a guess at answering it – on a scale from 1-10, how whole are you? I do have to tell you though that no human being is 100 percent whole because nothing in this physical planet can be totally perfect.
Do you realise that every time that you think, you are moving away from wholeness? There is no wholeness in thinking, and every time you think, you leak energy. Everyone in this world thinks all of the time, but if you are in a low vibrational state, you will automatically think negative thoughts, and then your body will respond by becoming stressed, tense or weak, or it may burn up with over-fiery energy.
Do you realise that your thoughts create your emotions and the energy attached to them? You have to have a fearful thought to create fear in your system, but this thought may be in your subconscious mind rather than your conscious mind, and so you may not be aware of it. Similarly, when you feel angry, your mind has already had an angry thought and is blaming someone for your pain. When our mind is not whole, it is always generating fearful or angry thoughts whether we are consciously aware of this process or not. So it is lovely to spend some time with someone who is whole and free from mind programming, but unfortunately there are very, very few whole human beings on this planet.
Please try to rise above the disharmony of our world every day. Of course, this is a challenging practice because you are an integral part of collective human consciousness and the collective human energy field that is full of fear, anger and hatred. Whether to condemn or to forgive is a split second choice and so once we are on an awakening path, we are basically walking a tightrope. We have to be supremely mindful not to keep slipping off this tightrope and plunging down once again into holding grievances, anger and hatred for our brothers and sisters in this world.

If someone’s calibration is under 200, their whole life will tend to be full of suffering and conflict because this level of vibration cannot support life. I am an energy master and I notice that when my whole being is full of energy, I just cannot be depressed and I can even rise above the battleground of human conflict and suffering. Sadly, 85 percent of the human race still has a calibration of under 200, and so they are always confused and basically asleep dreaming endless nightmares. There is no real aliveness or wholeness in their existence.
From disharmony to harmony – 199 to 200 on the consciousness chart – is a small but incredibly important leap in human consciousness. Whenever we use our minds to justify our grievances and our anger towards others we bring disharmony into our system. Sadly, the whole human race is now addicted to holding grievances and we all automatically choose to judge or to attack first rather than to let go and forgive.
The attacking ego always shouts first. The key is not to try and suppress your attacking thoughts, but simply to notice them faster and faster, and then consciously choose to let them go, or consciously choose not to believe them. ‘He is a bastard!’ Sorry! I just do not believe you!!
We are hard-wired to be paranoid, jealous, judgemental, fearful, rageous etc. because the human brain is hard-wired to detect any kind of external threat. To choose harmony instead of conflict, we have to keep stepping aside and letting go so that we can gently release all of the inner tension and disharmony that our egoic thought system is constantly generating. But I do need to warn you that you will have to practise this letting go process diligently for years if you really want to dwell in heaven rather than hell.
250 (Health and Positivity) – 300+ (Vitality/Enthusiasm)
It is so important to try and maintain a genuine enthusiasm or passion for life. But being passionate can consume a lot of energy and so we need to keep topping ourselves up with Abundant Chi or we will run the danger of running out of steam. A lot of individuals just talk passionately about a project, rather than passionately going out and completing it. Most people can be passionate about something for a short time, but then they cool down quickly – think of all those passionate romantic relationships that burn out in just a few weeks or months.
Vitality needs energy. So we all need to keep nurturing and restoring our energy levels on a daily basis. Steve Jobs once said that if you do not have real passion and a love for life, this world will always knock you down. If you do not love life, you will very easily give up on life and become depressed or weak. So please now ask yourself, ‘How much passion do I have for life?’ Are you hot about life, or just lukewarm? Does your passion for life come and go with your moods?
Most human beings are incredibly moody. They just cannot help themselves, so you just have to keep giving them a break. I have now declared emotional independence. If someone hates me, I no longer allow their hatred to influence my mood in any way at all. If you still let other people’s moods influence you, your mind is not yet very steady or free! You are like an autumn leaf being blown about by forces way beyond your control.
In Infinite Tai Chi, we cultivate vitality and passion for life. Whenever we notice that we are running out of steam, we stop and cultivate more chi.
350+ (Self-Empowerment)
All of you on this course have already reached this relatively high state of consciousness and so you are all striving for some kind of self-improvement. Most people still do not do this. They just play the role of victim or persecutor in life. But again, do not judge them. We are all hard-wired to take from this world in order to survive. We have to exploit natural resources just to eat! We all have an animal body, and we all need food and water to survive, and so self-centredness and a mentality of taking from the world is normal.
Jealousy is also part of our animal instinct to procreate our own genes and so it is also hard-wired into all human brains. Only truly self-empowered individuals can begin to cultivate true gratitude for their life and this gratitude will in turn open their hearts and thus further empower their spiritual evolution.
The more you can keep clearing your system of all the contamination paced their by the egoic thought system, the more you will attain true clarity of mind. But most people just do not have the means to cultivate this empowered state of mind, and so they remain helpless victims of external forces beyond their control.
450 (Chi Abundance)
Once we know how to pack chi into our energy body to attain vitality, we can go further and empower ourselves with Chi Abundance. This empowerment is linked to the opening of our Third Eye,,, because when our Third Eye is open, we can connect to a higher brightness or light. Connecting to this pure, bright consciousness is the next key step in our human evolution.
It has taken millions of years for human beings to learn to think brilliantly. Now we have to evolve beyond the thinking level of consciousness so that we can become empowered by clarity of mind. Spiritual teachers now talk about the need to transcend our thinking mind and to cultivate pure awareness. So please ask yourself, ‘From 1-10, how aware or awake am I?
Are you fully conscious and present 16 hours a day yet? Are you supremely mindful at all times, or do you sometimes drown in anxiety or irritation? We can all be beautiful and kind for 5 minutes when the sun is shining, but now you need to aim for consistency – consistency in being passionate about life and in being loving and compassionate.
According to Eckhart Tolle, if we did not have drugs and alcohol, most human beings would just drown in their pain. If they then projected their pain out onto the world, we would have even more violence and conflict all around us. Drugs and alcohol assist very painful people to dampen down their consciousness so they feel less pain. Taking drugs for example can really help some individuals to chill and whilst they are feeling ‘chilled’ they do not want to kill anyone for a while.
But of course, suppressing our terrible emotional pain with drugs or alcohol does nothing to release it from our system. Our pain body is just covered up for a while, rather than dissolved. So now you need to find a safe and steady way to release all of your pain body into love and light as you commit to raising your consciousness up to higher and higher levels.
