Welcome to The Radiant Warrior Online Course!
Warrior Warm Up
Practise “Warm up Infinite Chi Kung” for at least 8-10 min before your main Infininte Chi Kung Sequence, to rise the energy and prepare the mind. It is also useful to rise your energy vibrations before the Infinite Meditation.
Stand straight with feet together, hands down at your side facing your thighs.
Root your feet into the earth and breathe into the Dantien. Feel an invisible golden thread attached to your crown, lengthening your spine as it pulls upward.
Breathe in, gathering the energy, then raise your palms and bring them together. As you raise your arms you are stretching the thirty threads of light energy channels. With your feet deeply connected to earth as you reach to the light, you stretch your whole body, opening the meridians.
In a prayer position above your head, arms straight. Breathe out and bring the light down slowly to your crown centre. Breathe in and hold the position for a moment.
Imagine you are opening the petals of a lotus flower as you breathe in at each Chakra.
Breathe out as you slowly bring the light down to your third eye. Breathe in and hold the position for a moment.
Breathe out as you bring the light down to your throat centre. Breathe in and hold the position for a moment.
Breathe out as you bring the light down to your heart centre. Hold it there for a few breaths as you allow your heart to open. Breathe in and then out as you.
Bow in appreciation. Breathe in as you rise back up.
Breathe out and as you bring the light down to your solar plexus, slightly
opening your palms. Fingertips remain together. Breathe in and hold the position for a moment.
Breathe out and bring the light down to your naval point. Breathe in and hold the position for a moment.
Breathe out and bring the light down to your base centre.
Breathe in and hold the position for a moment. Breathe out and open your arms with palms.
Facing the floor on either side of your thighs.
Slide left leg to open your stance into horse riding stance, bend your knees slightly.
Whenever you perform The Golden Sun, your body should be relaxed without collapsing. Your spine should be gently stretched upwards so that you can link to cosmic energy. In your mind, you should see your body as hollow rather than solid so that you can fill your body with radiant chi. If you see your body as too solid, and hold it too tensely, you will be in trouble in the long run because your body will start to age and deteriorate quite quickly. This is one reason why I no longer eat until I am very full. I only eat relatively lightly so that my body is never too heavy or sluggish.
As you begin The Golden Sun Sequence, you should root down into the earth with your feet and stance. As you root down into the earth in this sequence, your base and second centres will become stronger. Then begin to breathe in the Golden Sun energy at your Dantien for 6-9 breaths.
Now with your thumbs pointing upwards, and your little fingers pointing downwards, imagine 10 threads of light connecting you to the sun and to the earth. In fact there are 30 threads of light altogether, 10 going down the front of your body to your toes, 10 going down the sides of your body and 10 going down the back of your body and legs to your heels. All this cosmic energy is coming down on you from a bright star above your crown and this energy, or light, then pours through you and unifies once again as it hits the earth.
Every time you move your palms and your fingers in the Golden Sun, use the power of your mind to know that 30 threads of light are pouring through your body (whether you feel them at first or not). Beginners are encouraged to use the art of visualisation as they practise The Golden Sun, but visualisation is not as powerful as rising up to the level of the knowing mind (500+). Once you have reached this level of consciousness, you can visualise less and just know that you are holding The Golden Sun between your palms.
As your knowing mind becomes more open, you will know that whenever you mindfully practise The Golden Sun, you are cultivating very bright inner energy and creating an inner radiance that will sustain your through all the challenges of your daily life. You should also open your heart as you practise, and hold an ‘inner smile’ so that the quality of the chi you are holding will become more refined.
Hold the Golden Sun – As you do this move, extend your spine gently upwards and keep your knees soft as you reach up.
Gaze Upon a Star –As you look up, your eyes should merge with your Third Eye. As you raise your palms upwards to the star, lift your heels off the ground and imagine you are lifting the earth’s energy upwards.
In Holding the Sun and Gaze upon a Star, we keep taking the golden light back to the kidneys to keep them strong and bright.
When you ‘Churn the Golden Sun’ you are basically doing Standing like A Tree with added arm movement, so you should be very well grounded with a strong stance.
Whenever you practise Infinite Chi Kung, please remember that you are not just moving your physical body, you are moving your energy body and cultivating ‘chi abundance’. Without chi you are just an empty train. With chi, you can be as powerful as a rocket full of fuel.
As we practise The Golden Sun Sequence, we illuminate our palms with a very bright, higher energy and this energy will then shoot through your fingers to illuminate your whole being- whether you initially feel anything happening or not. It does take time and effort to cultivate both the strength and sensitivity needed to fully benefit from practising The Golden Sun, so please be patient and just keep repeating the moves over and over again until you build up real strength and grace through your diligent practice.
As you practise, use your whole body to breathe in the sunlight. This will really assist you to raise your energetic vibrations so that you can become more conscious- a major goal of all our energy work.
Infinite Meditation is the most powerful practice that we teach. Meditation can link us directly to a higher consciousness.
Meditating daily can really assist you to have a truly happy life because it will enable you to change the very negative subconscious patterns that are hidden deep within your own mind and body.
One of the most crucial aspects of Infinite Meditation is that it really assists us to open our hearts so that we can experience the bliss of unconditional love deep within us. More and more individuals in our society are beginning to open their heart centres and this is part of the collective spiritual evolution of humankind. But on all of our Infinite Arts courses, we are training individuals to be trailblazers for this collective awakening.
Infinite Meditation was created by Jason Chan to express the essence of his own deep spiritual awakening and spiritual insights. We regularly lead Infinite Meditations on all of our courses and retreats so that the students can expand into their own chosen spiritual path, whether that is Buddhism, Christianity, Sufism, A Course in Miracles or something else. Infinite Meditation is a universal system that can be adopted by anyone – with or without a particular religious, or spiritual, set of beliefs.

Infinite Meditation Tutorial
This is a beautiful meditation, and it is for all of us. It reminds us not to be so busy we can not feel Love any more.
It is an energy-based meditation that will, with time, open your energy channels and chakras, enabling energy to move freely to cultivate a radiant presence and a still, focused mind. Eventually this will expand your consciousness and connect you to a higher self and universal wisdom.
Energy follows the mind, and to facilitate the energetic opening, we utilise a series of hand movements to direct awareness to the energy centres. These are called mudras. Will be explained in details in feature lessons.
First, sit cross-legged with an upright spine. If this is not comfortable, sit on the edge of a chair, so that your feet can touch the floor to have connection to the ground, and with a straight spine. This is important for energy to move up the spine without blockages. Engage your core muscles about 20 %. The tip of the tongue is in contact with the roof of the mouth. Bring your gaze to the floor, close your eyes.
- You are not the ego! It is the ego that has resistance to meditation.
- Meditation is an act of devotion. Bring love into it.
- Death is a transformation, not an end.
- Only Love Presence can join. It has power and focus.
- Anger is armour that hides your pain. Have courage and be open, show your vulnerability. It is a beautiful act of Trust.
- The Soul is Love. The Love energy we hold in meditation will move you to tears.
- Miracles are an expression of love.

Yin and Yang
The Chinese yin/yang symbol represents the idea of continuous, harmonious movement. The two dots in the Tai Chi circle represent yin and yang. Yin is solid, whereas yang is hollow and expansive. Yin is also feminine, and the Chinese symbol for yin has curved lines that represent a woman’s form in some kind of dance. The yang symbol on the other hand includes the symbol for a field and the symbol for physical strength.
These two symbols, yin and yang, have different energies, and represent different aspects of life, such as softness and hardness, masculinity and femininity.According to Taoist philosophy, everything in the dualistic physical world is either yin or yang. So the sun, for example is yang, while the moon is yin. Even foods can be divided into yin foods and yang foods. So chocolate is yin, while eggs are yang.In Infinite Tai Chi & Chi Kung, we aim to bring our inner yin and yang energies and qualities into balance, and to strengthen whichever quality is weaker within us. We combine yin and yang elements .
There are some strong yang moves and some very soft and gentle yin moves. We focus our minds and strengthen our bodies in a strong yang way, and at the same time we open and soften our hearts and our movements so that yin and yang can co-exist in perfect harmony within us.
Breath
– Whenever we practise our Infinite Tai Chi & Chi Kung, we breathe with our minds as well as our bodies so that we can cultivate the chi or prana. There is an endless supply of positive chi in the air and the sun, and so we keep linking into this radiant energy until our whole being becomes radiant from the inside out.
– As you breathe in, gently pull your naval point towards your spine, and as you breathe out, push your breath down and feel your spine gently rising up towards heaven. After a few, slow conscious breaths, your mind should begin to quiet down.
– Nostril breathing is much deeper and healthier than breathing through the mouth. Nostril breathing also assists us to bring our mind within as our breath becomes longer and deeper. Long, deep breathing is very good for our health and longevity.
Remember Chi Kung means working with the breath. Air energy from the lungs blends in the blood with earth energy from the digestive system to form the fundamental force of temporal human life. Human energy resides in the chest and is closely associated with the lungs (breath) and heart (circulation of blood). With regular practice of Chi Kung, the practitioner can regulate blood circulation by controlling the breath. The leads to a reduction of stress, healthier internal organs, efficient, smooth running bodily systems and overall vibrant good health.
Ageless body, ageless mind!
What you want in life?
This will vary according to our stage in life. But we all want health of mind and body. Yet the mind is very vulnerable, so we need a gatekeeper to look after it, a filter. Physical health is very complex and the body is very fragile.
Aim for a radiant presence, a peaceful loving heart, a clear mind. This can be achieved by the practice of Infinite Tai Chi on a daily basis. You can train yourself to experience love all the time. It is a presence. As your consciousness expands, the limitations of the intellectual mind become more apparent. We become more intuitive . In the pursuit of happiness and well-being, eventually we realise we need to quieten the mind through meditation and mindfulness.
The programming of the mind can be changed. you are not your belief system. How do you want to die? Most people do not want to know. Die without regret or fear. Living well is an art; how we live reflects how we die.N.B. In this talk , Jason refers to a calibration of consciousness. He utilises the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins in his book “Power vs. Force” and has created a calibration chart. This is essentially a quantitative way to describe a qualitative state and is very practical in our work.

This month Reading:
1. Jason’s Dream
2. Part 1
Chapter 1- What is the Radiant Warrior Path?
You may wish to reflect on these questions to help you assimilate the concepts and ultimately help in your transformation.
Jason’s Dream
“Although there seemed to be billions of separated minds on earth, there was really only one pure consciousness”. Can you believe this to be true?
a diligent meditator can join into the field of consciousness that is called God.
Jason’s calling is to assist people to awake. Do you have a calling? Ask in meditation for your soul purpose to be made known to you.
Chapter 1
Consider Man’s instinct to survive….at all costs? In extreme circumstances what might you be capable of doing to save your life?
“We are all one with everything. We are the trees, the oceans, the sun, the moon and the stars. Everything is us, and we are everything”. Take a few moments in a reflective state to “feel” this statement.
What is the Radiant Warrior path and how might you implement it now in your daily life?
Know yourself! Consider the qualities in you that inspire others or enrich their lives in some way. Devise a strategy to transform your more negative traits and behaviours.
You are encouraged to keep a journal of your insights, training and progress for your own benefit.
Contemplating on these questions can aid your learning and help you master each step before moving on to the next. Feel free to email us your reflections, insights and questions.

Jason’s Recommendations for your practice:
You really need to practise every day for at least 21 days in order to establish new pathways in your brain. If you do not practise pretty diligently like this, you will find it almost impossible to create new patterns in your mind and body.
Practising Infinite Chi Kung very regularly will heal, harmonise and strengthen your whole being. Infinite Chi Kung can even give you excellent health and abundance, but many of you will still have so much resistance to practising it.
As teachers we do our best to guide you and inspire you, but you have to give us something to work on. The one thing that we cannot do is practise for you!!
Infinite Meditation practice recommendations:
If you want to practise enlightening meditation, you have to raise your vibrations. Otherwise, you will just be practising relaxing meditation, or meditation for health. Genuine meditation is for your soul. But if you do not yet know that you are a soul, you will not be motivated to practise enlightening meditation on a daily basis. Most people who meditate are using it as a way of relaxing or tuning out of the challenges of this world for a while. Genuine meditation is not about doing this. It is designed to liberate your core being. You keep raising your consciousness until you know without a shadow of a doubt that you are a soul rather than a personality-self.
Your true-self, or soul, is out of this world and the most amazingly beautiful and powerful being you could possible imagine. Your true self is more beautiful than the most beautiful flower in the whole wide world times 100,000. When you get even a glimpse of your true self, you will need to get in touch with it more and more and then you will long to master the art of meditation. In a deep, enlightening meditation, you can drink in the true beauty of Life Itself- so beautiful it is indescribable!
Some of you will have a lot of resistance to meditating. You are actually frightened of losing the only self you know. Sometimes, you just may not have the capacity to rise above your busy mind or your very sleepy mind. You start to meditate and your mind races or falls to sleep! Real meditation is harder to master than running a marathon. So you need to have a burning desire to master it and a lot of persistence and patience. You need to long for inner peace so much that you will go through anything to find it, because when the mind yearns for something like this it will find a way to achieve it.
I cannot force anyone on this course to practise meditation. Meditation is not really for your personality-self. It is for your soul. On this course, I often talk directly to your soul so that I can communicate with you on a very deep level. I don’t tend to hang out with you on a personality level, but I can get to know you deeply on a soul level.
Until next month,
In Love and Light,
Jason
