Listen to Golden Child Meditation sample:
Joy and freedom are very desirable and very natural states of being. But in the modern world, most people have lost their natural balance, and therefore have also lost touch with their inner joy and freedom. Some children still have these qualities, but as children spend less and less time in nature and more and more time hooked up to machines, many of them are sadly losing their natural inner joy.
My Golden Child Meditation is designed to re-connect us to our childhood innocence, purity and joy. We now all need to find ways to return to a much more natural state of being so that we can experience the true beauty and goodness of life. Natural sunshine energy from our early childhoods is still there deep within us, but most of us have covered it all up with layer after layer of artificiality and endless grievances against life. So now we need to keep raising our vibrations until we re-connect to our inner childlike radiance, sunshine joy and freedom. This is our birthright. Forget about seeking enlightenment! Just aim to reconnect to the golden child within, full of natural curiosity and joy.
Can we enjoy our adult maturity and talents and still be a pure, innocent golden child? Yes we can! Combining mature wisdom and intelligence with the freedom and joy of an innocent child is an incredibly desirable state of existence. So we should all aim to rise up to this beautiful state of being and to stay there as long as we possibly can, even though this is so hard to do, particularly when we are going through one of life’s many, many challenging times.
The Golden Child Meditation can restore your Jing, Chi, Shen and the purity of your original state of being.
Our Infinite Meditation is very powerful, but the Golden Child Meditation really assists us to raise our energy and purify ourselves on a deep level. Once we make contact with our own Golden Child within, we are very close to making contact with our own soul.
I learnt this meditation from a Chinese Chi Kung master in America. I have found from my own experience that it is very powerful. It generates a lot of chi and it can even help people to recover from surgery. It is also very useful if you find it difficult to focus during meditation, as the counting can really assist you to focus your mind on your breath.
