Love the Planet Earth
In this world, everything has its own energetic vibration and consciousness. The ocean is conscious, mountains are conscious, and trees are conscious. However, some areas of our planet are definitely more conscious than others. For example, a high mountain that is hardly ever visited by human beings will have a much higher consciousness than a sick, dying forest or a polluted big city. You can actually tune into various places that you visit and notice their different levels of consciousness. If you try to use your thinking mind to tune into an ocean or a tree you will get nowhere. On the other hand, if you still your thinking mind and just tune in intuitively, you can definitely communicate with every part of the natural world.
We think that we live on top of Planet Earth rather than being an integral part of it and so we believe that we can now live successfully without tuning into the natural elements and the natural rhythms of earth. But we are all an integral part of nature, and if we do not live in harmony with both the earth and ourselves, we can easily go quite crazy.
Our planet is in perpetual motion and this keeps its energy flowing. When we move naturally as we perform Infinite Tai Chi, we create a life force within us and around us, and this then assists us to come back into a natural state of balance and harmony.
